Toronto Legg-Perthes orthosis

a type of knee-ankle-foot orthosis that treats or prevents deformities resulting from conditions such as Legg-Calvй-Perthes disease by holding the hips abducted at 45° while permitting hip flexion, knee flexion, and ambulation.
