[TA] accessory cuneate nucleus: a group of nerve cells lying lateral to the nucleus cuneatus that relay impulses from upper limb fibers in the fasciculus cuneatus to the cerebellum (rostral spinocerebellar tract) via posterior external arcuate fibers and the inferior cerebellar peduncle; called also lateral cuneate n.
