Becker nevus

Becker nevus
a usually acquired but occasionally hereditary nevus seen mostly in males in the second and third decades of life, consisting of epidermal melanosis with segmental, uniform, light hyperpigmentation, followed several years later by growth of long dark hairs from the lesions. The usual location is on one shoulder or side of the upper trunk, and the lesion may spread over time. Called also Becker melanosis and pigmented hairy epidermal n.
