NAD+ syn·thase (glu·ta·mine-hy·dro·lys·ing) (sinґthās glooґtə-mēn hiґdro-līz″ing) [EC 6.3.5.1] an enzyme of the transferase class that catalyzes the transfer of an amino group from glutamine to desamido-NAD+ to form NAD+.
