Rosen method

Rosen method
a bodywork technique based on the premise that there is a connection between chronic muscular tension and suppressed emotions or trauma; using gentle touch and verbal support and guided by careful attention to changes in muscle tension and breathing patterns, the therapist helps the patient to relax the muscular tension and so to bring the underlying repressed memories to the surface and release them.
