methionine adenosyltransferase
- methionine adenosyltransferase
- me·thi·o·nine ad·eno·syl·trans·fer·ase (mə-thiґo-nēn ə-den″o-səl-transґfər-ās) [EC 2.5.1.6] an enzyme of the transferase class that catalyzes the formation of S-adenosylmethionine from methionine and ATP, occurring in several isozymes.
