- loo·pog·ra·phy (loo-pogґrə-fe) a radiological procedure for assessing the integrity of a loop of intestine used as an ileal conduit; the outlet of the conduit is obstructed with a balloon catheter, and contrast medium is injected to flow in a retrograde direction so that the efficiency of its flow up the conduit can be monitored.
