lipodermatosclerosis
lip·o·der·ma·to·scle·ro·sis (lip″o-dur″mə-to-sclə-roґsis) a type of predominantly lobular panniculitis of the lower legs consisting of indurated erythema with scleroderma; it may be either acute and inflammatory or chronic and fibrotic. It primarily affects middle-aged or older women. Called also hypodermitis sclerodermiformis and sclerosing panniculitis.
