Zцllner lines

Zцllner lines
an optical illusion in which long parallel lines seem to converge or diverge owing to their being crossed by a series of short lines parallel to one another but oblique to the long lines and at reverse oblique angles to both adjacent series of intersecting lines, as in a herringbone pattern.
