imbrication lines of Pickerill
lines formed by ends of rod bundles that overlie one another and are arranged in scalariform fashion on the surface of the crown of a tooth; seen on longitudinal sections of a tooth together with the incremental lines, but forming areas not completely contained in the enamel. Called also Pickerill imbrication l's. See also incremental l's.
