lincomycin hydrochloride
[USP] the monohydrated monohydrochloride salt of lincomycin, used as an antibacterial, mainly in the treatment of infections due to susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphylococci; administered intramuscularly and intravenously.
