ligamentum phrenicosplenicum
[TA] phrenicosplenic ligament: a fold in the greater omentum that connects the diaphragm with the concave surface of the spleen; this and the ligamentum splenorenale are the same structure in some persons. Called also l. phrenicolienale and lienophrenic or splenophrenic ligament.
