bull's-eye lesion
1. a round shadow seen on a radiograph, with a dark circle surrounding a central light circle, thus resembling a bull's eye or target; it is found most often on a view of the duodenal wall and represents tumor metastasis that forms a mass with central ulceration. Called also 2. target l. target l. (def. 3).
