Hering's law
1. the principle of bilateral ocular innervation; equal innervation is sent to the muscles of the two eyes so that one eye is never moved independently of the other. 2. the clearness or purity of any sensation depends on the proportion between its intensity and the total of the intensities of all the simultaneous sensations.
