kinetofragment
ki·ne·to·frag·ment (kĭ-ne″to-fragґmənt) a group of somatic kinetids, not always completely covered with cilia, occurring in the region of the cytosome or oral area in certain ciliate protozoa, many of which are in the class Kinetofragminophorea. See also frange and pseudomembranelle.
