stucco keratosis

stucco keratosis
a condition seen especially in adults over age 40 who have dry skin, characterized by multiple superficial, gray to light brown lesions resembling a stucco plaster finish on the skin; lesions have a “stuck-on” appearance and can often be removed with minimal bleeding. The usual location is on the feet, ankles, forearms, or backs of the hands. Some authorities consider it a variant of seborrheic keratosis.
