psoas hitch

psoas hitch
a type of ureteroneocystostomy in which the urinary bladder is raised within the abdominal cavity and sutured to the psoas minor muscle or tendon, in order for a ureter with a gap at the inferior end to be reimplanted.

Psoas hitch in which the bladder has been opened by anterior cystotomy.
