chronic paroxysmal hemicrania
one-sided headache resembling a cluster headache but occurring in paroxysms of half an hour or less, several times a day, sometimes daily for years; it is accompanied by conjunctival hyperemia, rhinorrhea and occasionally Horner's syndrome.
