targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma

targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma
a benign vascular malformation presenting as a solitary papule on a limb or the trunk of a young or middle-aged person; it can mimic disorders such as angiosarcoma, melanoma, and Kaposi sarcoma. Some authorities believe it is a reactive condition, and others believe it to be caused by trauma. Called also hobnail h.
