epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
a rare vascular neoplasm occurring in the medium to large veins of the distal extremities of adults, particularly young males; it may be benign or malignant and is characterized by proliferation of epithelioid or histiocytoid endothelial cells lining dilated vascular channels.
