aggressive infantile fibromatosis
an uncommon condition, present at birth or developing during infancy or childhood, characterized by fast-growing, firm, painless, single or multiple nodules involving subcutaneous tissue, muscle, fascia, and tendons and seen anywhere on the body; tumors are locally invasive but do not metastasize and have a high tendency to recur after excision.
