chondromyxoid fibroma
a rare, benign, slowly growing tumor of bone of chondroblastic origin, usually affecting the large long bones of the lower extremity; it is characterized by chondroid, myxoid, and fibrous areas in a lobular pattern and often has a deceptively malignant histologic appearance resembling chondrosarcoma.
