- premalignant fibroepithelioma
- a rare, usually indolent variant of basal cell carcinoma, presenting as a firm sessile to pedunculated papule, usually on the lower trunk or lumbosacral area in middle-aged or older adults. Histologically it is characterized by prominent stromal fibrosis with long anastomosing cords of basal cells. Called also premalignant fibroepithelial tumor and Pinkus tumor.
