palmar fasciitis
fasciitis with nodules or whorls in the subcutaneous tissue of the hands, sometimes progressing to cause contractures; it is most often seen as part of a paraneoplastic condition (see palmar fasciitis and polyarthritis syndrome, under syndrome).
