belladonna extract
[USP] a preparation containing, in each 100 g, between 1.15 and 1.35 g of alkaloids of belladonna leaf and having anticholinergic and antimuscarinic effects; it has been used as an antispasmodic in the gastrointestinal tract. Cf. belladonna tincture.
