high right atrial (HRA) electrogram
an intracardiac electrogram that records electrical potentials within the upper region of the right atrium, obtained by introduction of electrodes high in the atrium near the sinus node; used in localizing conduction blocks and diagnosing arrhythmias. See illustration.
