posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease
a lymphoproliferative disorder seen after organ transplantation, characterized by presence of Epstein-Barr virus, lymphadenopathy with tonsillar enlargement, and development of lymphoma. Called also posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder.
