Hand-SchÑŒller-Christian disease

Hand-SchÑŒller-Christian disease
a chronic, progressive form of multifocal Langerhans cell histiocytosis, sometimes with accumulation of cholesterol, characterized by the triad of calvarial bone defects, exophthalmos, and diabetes insipidus. Called also chronic idiopathic xanthomatosis.
