dichloralphenazone
di·chlo·ral·phen·a·zone (di″klor-əl-fenґə-zōn) [USP] a water-soluble complex of chloral hydrate and antipyrine (phenazone), into which it dissociates on administration; its properties are generally those of chloral hydrate, and it is used as a mild sedative and relaxant in combination with isometheptene mucate and acetaminophen in the treatment of migraine and tension headache.
