1. cystadenocarcinoma in which epithelium-lined cystic masses produce a sticky, gelatinous, glycoprotein-rich fluid; it usually occurs in the ovary. 2. a malignant, usually bulky, exocrine pancreatic tumor, containing cystic epithelium; cf. mucinous cystadenoma, under cystadenoma.
