kanamycin-vancomycin–laked blood agar
an agar medium having the same ingredients as kanamycin-vancomycin blood agar except that the blood is laked (hemolyzed) by freezing and thawing. It is used to isolate the Bacteroides melaninogenicus group. Called also KVLB a.
