Hassall corpuscles

Hassall corpuscles
spherical or ovoid bodies found in the medulla of the thymus, composed of concentric arrays of epithelial cells which contain keratohyalin and bundles of cytoplasmic filaments. Called also Hassall bodies and concentric, Leber, or thymus c's.
