ulnar clubhand

ulnar clubhand
clubhand in which the hand is deflected toward the ulnar side; when the hand is held in the anatomic position it is known as manus vara and when it is held in the opposite direction as manus valga. Called also manus vara.

Ulnar clubhand with absent distal ulna and a bowed radius with an increased ulnar slope along its distal articular surface.
