microcystic adnexal carcinoma

microcystic adnexal carcinoma
a rare type of adnexal carcinoma presenting as a hard, pale or flesh-colored plaque or nodule, usually on the face, especially the upper lip or paranasal area. It arises from sweat gland tissue, grows slowly, and remains local, without metastasis. Called also sclerosing sweat duct c.
