caput reflexum musculi recti femoris

[TA] reflected head of rectus femoris muscle: the head of the rectus femoris that arises from a groove above the rim of the acetabulum, which fuses with the straight or anterior head and continues down into the belly of the muscle. Called also posterior head of rectus femoris muscle.
