biliverdin reductase
bil·i·ver·din re·duc·tase (bil″ĭ-vurґdin re-dukґtās) [EC 1.3.1.24] an enzyme of the oxidoreductase class that catalyzes the reduction of biliverdin to bilirubin, using NADH or NADPH as an electron donor; the reaction is a step in heme catabolism.
