alfuzosin hydrochloride
al·fu·zo·sin hy·dro·chlo·ride (al-fuґzo-sin) an alpha-adrenergic blocking agent that is selective for the alpha1-adrenergic receptors of the lower urinary tract, causing relaxation of smooth muscles of the bladder neck and prostate; used to improve urine flow in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia, administered orally.
