acute adenolymphangitis
episodic adenolymphangitis periodic occurrence of lymphangitis and lymphadenitis in filarial lymphedema, characterized by tenderness and swelling of the affected limb, with red streaks running along its length, and lymph node enlargement. It is accompanied by fever, chills, and malaise.
