infantile acropustulosis

infantile acropustulosis
a congenital condition characterized by small pruritic pustules of the hands and feet; episodes last one to two weeks, followed by a remission of a few weeks and another episode. It is usually seen in infants of African descent and resolves completely by age 2 or 3 years.
