acne mechanica
mechanical acne aggravation of existing acne lesions by mechanical factors that deform the skin, such as friction, rubbing, stretching, pressure, pinching, or pulling. The irritation may be provoked by such factors as chin straps, articles of clothing, orthopedic casts, backpacks, chairs, or car or bus seats.
