ac·e·tyl·di·hy·dro·lipo·am·ide (as″ə-təl-) (as″ə-tēl″di-hi″dro-lĭ-po-amґīd) acetyl bound to lipoamide, an intermediate in the reaction catalyzed by the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (q.v.).
