su·pra·duc·tion (soo″prə-dukґshən) [supra- + L. duction] 1. the upward rotation of an eye around its horizontal axis. 2. the upward rotation of one eye independent of the other by a basedown prism in testing for vertical divergence. See also sursumversion. Called also superduction, sursumduction, supravergence, and sursumvergence.
