pan·cre·a·to·li·thi·a·sis (pan″kre-ə-to-lĭ-thiґə-sis) the presence of calculi in the pancreas or its ductal system, usually associated with pancreatic exocrine (digestive enzymes) and endocrine (insulin) insufficiency, accompanied by steatorrhea, weight loss, and diabetes mellitus. Called also pancreatic lithiasis and pancreolithiasis.
