dimenhydrinate
The 8-chlorotheophylline salt of the antihistamine, diphenhydramine; used for the prevention of motion sickness, as an antihistamine and mild sedative. Also used in the treatment of Parkinson disease, as it has appreciable anticholinergic properties.

di·men·hy·dri·nate (di″mən-hiґdrĭ-nāt) [USP] an antihistamine (H1 receptor antagonist) with anticholinergic and significant sedative effects; used as an antiemetic and antivertigo agent, used in the prevention and treatment of motion sickness and other conditions in which nausea or vertigo may be a feature, administered orally, rectally, or by intramuscular or intravenous injection.
