Lesshaft triangle

Lesshaft triangle
a triangular space (sometimes quadrangular) between the external oblique muscle in front, the latissimus dorsi behind, the serratus posticus above, and the internal oblique below, frequently the site of a hernia or of pointing of an abscess. Called also Lesshaft space and Grynfeltt t.
