bismuth stomatitis
stomatitis due to bismuth poisoning, characterized by a thin blue-black line in the marginal gingivae (bismuth line), pigmentation of the buccal mucosa, sore tongue, metallic taste, and a burning sensation of the mouth. Called also bismuth gingivitis.
