spirocercosis
spi·ro·cer·co·sis (spi″ro-sər-koґsis) infestation of the esophagus or aorta of a canine or feline with Spirocerca lupi, which forms large nodules that sometimes obstruct the lumen and sometimes undergo transformation into a sarcoma.
