sepium
se·pi·um (seґpe-əm) [L., from Gr. sēpia cuttlefish] the bone or internal shell of the cuttlefish, used in preparing polishing agents and tooth powder, and hung in bird cages to supply a supplementary source of lime. Called also cuttlebone.
