sacrosidase
sac·ro·sid·ase (sak-roґsĭ-dās) an enzyme derived from yeast that catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal fructose residues of disaccharides, including sucrose; used as a substitute to replace the sucrase activity lacking in sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, administered orally.
