localized pustular psoriasis
pustular psoriasis localized to the skin of the palms or the soles of the feet; there may also be psoriasis at other sites. It is accompanied by swelling, erythema, and local tenderness. Called also Barber p., pustulosis palmaris et plantaris, and palmoplantar pustulosis.
